TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Because our doves are precious, we take every precaution to protect them and assure the safe return to their loft.
Earth’s Angels will not release birds if the conditions become unsafe. Therefore, we will not release birds indoors, at night, or during inclement weather. If conditions become unacceptable for the release to take place due to weather, acts of God, etc, we will refund all monies less a mileage fee (minimum of $25) and cost of the display cages.
Earth’s Angels will not release birds beyond a range that they are able to safely fly home (this means they must be able to reach home before dark). We feel that 100 miles is a safe distance for our birds to fly with at least 3 hours of daylight left. There will be a round trip mileage charge for distances greater than 25 miles from the Earth’s Angels Loft.
Earth’s Angels release coordinator will arrive on time, be polite, be professional and be appropriately dressed for your event.
Earth’s Angels requires a coordinator be present; we will not deliver or ship birds for self-release. The coordinator assures the birds safety and your satisfaction for a beautiful and timely release. The coordinator will remain with the birds until they are released or displays are removed.
Earth’s Angels requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price, due at the time of reservation. The remainder is due 14 days before your event. All checks must clear the bank before the release .
Earth’s Angels doves are fed a special diet to help prevent the unlikely soiling of clothing or properties; however we are working with live animals and cannot guarantee an accident will not occur.
Earth’s Angels will occasionally have a photographer taking photographs for advertising purposes. By signing the contract you are giving us permission to use those photographs for our advertising. Earth’s Angels holds exclusive copyrights to the photographs taken by our staff.
Earth’s Angels will have doves available for photo sessions if prearranged. There is a 2 hour minimum for all photo sessions. Sessions lasting longer than 2 hours will be billed at an hourly rate.
Hand Release Packages require the attendance of a handling class to be scheduled at the time of your reservation. This is for the safety of our birds. The class will last approximately 30 minutes. Location of the class can be arranged at the time of the reservation.
Cages, baskets, tables, and decorations for the release are included in the price and are the property of Earth’s Angels. We will work with you to coordinate colors and floral arrangements.
These Terms and Conditions allow Earth’s Angels to deliver the highest quality White Dove Release possible. While our priority is the health and welfare of our beloved Doves your satisfaction is our goal.
